SmugMug vs. Zenfolio?

Okay so I want to start my website for a Photography Business I have started. I have done some research on both the websites and I would be getting my own domain name. Right now I am leaning more towards SmugMug. I was hoping that someone knew the pros and cons of the two before I spend that kind of money on something like this.
smugmug.com and zenfolio.com are two websites for hosting photography pages.

I tossed up between Smugmug and Zenfolio, too. In the end I went with Zenfolio.
The things I didn't like about Zenfolio were the lack of comment area or guest book, and it took them a LONG time to add it, but it is there now. Personally I wish they allowed videos, too, but I know that many other members do NOT want that, so I doubt it will ever happen.

The things I did and still do like are:
1) That website is super stable. I have never seen it have a problem. The only times it is "down" is for maintenance which doesn't happen very often and is always announced to us well ahead of time. It is very reliable.
2) Their communication is very good. I have emailed them a few times and always received a very prompt, friendly and helpful reply.
3) I like the look and the features.

At the end of the day it probably doesn't matter much which one you choose, it seems both websites are doing a good job keeping their customers happy.
