Are prices for any wedding in South america expensives?

I am a digital photographer who would like to operate in wedding ceremonies. I am brazilian from Rio p Janeiro, and i believe that's an excellent oportunity to go in within this market (photography) since the costs are very expensives for me. Check this out (costs are converted from Real to Dollar):
Promoter: USTwo Dollars,000-10,000.
Bride's dress: USTwo Dollars,000-15,000.
Photography: USOne Dollar,000 (album)-3,500(wedding book).
Video/DVD: USOne Dollar,000-4,000.
Music artists: USTwo Dollars,000-15,000.
Buffet: USOne Dollar,500-30,000.
Luxury vehicle: USFive Hundred Dollars-USThree Dollars,000.
Place: from USFive Hundred Dollars to a lot more than USFifty Dollars,000!
Some wedding ceremonies includes climated (refrigerator) for large ambient, three dimensional screen, light carpet (for dancing), orchestra, etc and price a lot more than US$ 200,000 dollars.
Could it be normal inside your country? Just how much cost you a cerimony wedding in your area?
I think you'll will also be enthusiastic about taking the wonder and special moments in wedding ceremonies, not only the cash. Although I've come across comments on here that photography enthusiasts are overpaid and so on, I believe that photography is serious business. A great digital photographer warrants to become compensated. However I dont think you'll be a great digital photographer unless of course you're passionate regarding the subject.
We compensated our digital photographer about 5,000 for all day long coverage.
