grants or loans for photography class?
ok during my Senior high school, there is no Photography class and that i had spoken to my principal and that i requested him basically could begin a photography class, and that he siad yes, but i have to receives a commission for that cameras basically wanted these kinds.. and so i was type of wishing i possibly could obtain a grant that helped me to out same with there any kind of grant that may help??
