Disney World Job?
I love in Scotland and start college in August doing a photography HND then i want to go on to do a master in Photography. I have retail experience and hospitality experience. I'm 19 and would love to spend next summer working in disneyland between college terms, Could anyone give me any tips or advice on the application process, and program requirements

You can apply to work for Disney World in Orlando, FL. They offer different international programs.
The International College Program, the duration varies. They can assign you to work anywhere, them parks, resorts and on all of the areas, even entertainment.
The Cultural Representative Program is for 1 year, you will work in EPCOT at the UK Pavilion and have 2 areas: food and beverage and mechandise.
Basically, you have to send your resume and a cover letter to the person or company in charge of recruiting in your country. For UK I'm almost sure its Yummy Jobs. They usually recruit twice a year, so ask your recruiter for the deadlines on receiving paperwork. Then they select people for a telephone interview and from those they invite you to a final interview, they call it a face 2 face interview. Probably you will have to travel to go to your interview. Then they will call you and make you the job offer.

I would recommend you do the Cultural Representative Program, most of the people that do the College Program when they go back home apply to the CRP, but its up to you. I did the Cultural Representative Program last year, and it has been the best year of my life!!!
