Buying SB900, don't know what accessories to get?

I will be using Nikon's creative lighting system for my semi-pro photography, and I will be getting the ezybox softbox, I just don't know what stand to get. I see stands on BHPhoto but I'm not sure if they come with a boom stand, or is that separate? Also, will I need to buy extra stuff to clamp the SB900 on it?
