what should i do to get abs looking there best for a picture?
Here's the deal, I have a bet with a friend for best looking abs (based on a photo) I have 5 days left what can and should i do to get my abs to look the best for this picture? Should I drink water the day or night before? should I tan? what should I eat? Should I not eat and fast for some of the days? should I take poop pills? Should I use a flash or no flash? Are there any Photography Techniques to get my abs to look the best in the photo? Please help. Thanks
is it better to take the picture outside or inside
ok...don't eat bread, pasta or rice for those days. Drink water...eat little portions. No sweets!!! Cut down on salty foods. Do crazy situps and crunches all day until they hurt. Tighten those abs while you go about your day. Try and contour your abs with makeup for the picture, I do that and it works for me. Good luck!
