Within an indoor set-up, what's the ideal light output (in lumens) from the primary light, and fill light?

For any photography I'm focusing on a DIY lighting set-track of a concise fluorescent light utilizing a funnel reflector (pinlight fixture).

a lot of things factor into light output needs for anybody to provide you with a solution. I've done indoor shots wth just one 25watt bulb and shots with 1000's of w divided between numerous lights.

if you wish to know the number of w or lumens or any other specs by what pros use just take a look at professional lighting kits and then try to replicate them. however for a DIY project it is simple to save money (and appear much less professional) than simply purchasing a professional package.
