what's the best bulbs for continuous light photography?

At this time i've three continuous light stands, and also the lights it included have burned out, i want cheap lights that wont produce that ugly orange tint. To date i have tried personally, obvious lights, full spectrum lights, each of can be bought in a home improvement store. They aren't giving me the colour i would like. I must see photo shop and edit most pictures. Any advice?
